This business card holder is made of imported rosewood or teak which has been cut and fitted to extreme tolerances. Each piece is securely assembled using high performance wood adhesives and placed in clamps and cured for 24 hours. This process ensures a weld like bond that prevents warping or separation. Each box is finely sanded to bring out the natural luster and magnificent grain of this hardwood. It has a hinged lid with a small groove that allows the holder to be opened with ease.

We then take each business card holder and using a special adhesive, affix the Marine Corps Eagle, Globe and Anchor to the hinged lid. The Marine Corps Eagle, Globe and Anchor is manufactured by Vanguard and meets or exceeds all U.S. Government specifications. Also, being Star Shine it never requires polishing. Each business card holder is HANDCRAFTED and personally inspected by myself to ensure that only the best are offered to my valued customers. This Battle of Iwo Jima Living History Memento is another special collection piece created by myself to give everyone a chance to touch and feel the volcanic sand of Iwo Jima. This is the same sand that was cursed by the Marines as they struggled to get across the beach during this epic battle. The sand is housed in clear glass vial with a sponge cork stopper afixed with the Marine Corps Eagle Globe & Anchor.

The location that the sand was picked up was recorded as 24° 45′ 19.4″ N. & 141° 17′ 58.3″ E using a Garmin GPS 76 device which is in the vicinity of Green Beach I. The sand is already contained in the vial and sealed in a small zip lock plastic bag. All you have to do is remove it from bag.
